Greetings 3rd Grades Families!
My name is Mrs. Geyer and I am thrilled to welcome you to third grade. I feel truly blessed to be the Assistant Teacher in Mrs. Bower’s SpectacuLar 3C Classroom! I know we are going to have so much fun learning together about literature, history, math, science, french, grammar, art (and so much more) under the amazing guidance of Mrs. Bowers.
Prior to joining Archway Arete in it’s inaugural year, I worked for several years in the office of Mesa Prep (now Arete Prep). Previously I served for many years as the Director of Children’s Ministry at my church and also worked as an Aide & Substitute Teacher at another local charter school. Before moving with my husband to Arizona, I worked and lived in the Baltimore/Washington Area and am a graduate of the University of Delaware.
I’m happily married with two wonderful children who will be starting their 9th and 12th grade years at Arete Prep. Our family tries to spend as much time as we can up in the mountains of Arizona, where we love to just relax playing board games, reading, going for walks and watching movies. Both of my children started their “Prep” education in 6th grade and we have thoroughly enjoyed all that a Great Hearts’ education entails. I look forward to assisting you with your own Great Hearts education.
